Before you start with studies, you have to go through a compulsory student orientation. Part of this orientation is to provide us with necessary information. This includes your USI number, address and contact information. You are also required to provide us with emergency contact details – Australian and overseas. In this section you will find college prices, fees and other charges and all the information you need about terms and conditions of your college, please read everything carefully.

Student Responsibilities & Expectations

Providing fair and honest feedback on training performance and on the content and presentation of courses.

Paying all Britts College tuition fees and charges for which you are liable, by the set deadlines.

Providing accurate and updated contact details (phone number and email address).

Checking your email regularly throughout the course. This is the primary means by which the College corresponds with you (e.g., course progress, assessment results, outstanding fees).

Replying in a timely manner to all Britts College trainer and administrative communications to you, including emails, phone calls and text messages.

To be eligible for Britts College to issue the qualification, you must successfully complete all the assessment requirements of the course.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

What is a USI?

A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is a reference number made up of ten letters and numbers that is unique to each student who undertakes nationally recognized training in Australia. It provides students with easy access to their training records and results in a single online location.

How can one obtain a USI?

To obtain a USI, students need to visit the official USI website and complete the online form. The process requires entering personal details such as your name, date of birth, and contact information, and providing a form of ID like an Australian passport, driver’s license, Medicare card, or birth certificate.

How long does it take to get a USI?

The process to obtain a USI is typically quick and can be completed online within a few minutes. Once the form is submitted and your identity is verified, the USI is generated almost instantly.

Is there a fee to get a USI?

No, there is no fee to create a USI. It is a free service provided by the Australian government to ensure that students have seamless access to their educational records.

An applicant who holds a valid Australian visa is considered as a Domestic student rest all others are considered as international students.

The Genuine Student Test (GST) is a mandatory requirement for students applying to a college in Australia. It involves a holistic assessment of the applicant’s; Language requirements, Academic qualifications, Purpose of study including other aspects.

CoE stands for Confirmation of Enrolment. A student’s enrollment to a college is confirmed only after they receive a CoE. 

Providing an IELTS level of at least 6.0 or equivalent (6.5 for Graduate Diploma), or achieving an upper-intermediate score in the English Placement Test provided by the College.

IELTS or PTE . If none of them are available you can appear for the English Placement Test.
